Airmaster had to pleasure to team up with Leighs Construction to manufacturethe new school block for WBHS.
The mechanical was designed by WSP (Works and Development Services Corporation) and comprises of a variety of different systems.
The main school block is fitted with Mitsubishi Hybrid VRF systems using the KeKilet piping system.
The water-based system reduces the amount or refrigerant used in the build and does away withthe need for refrigerant alarms.
The Auditorium is cooled by using Package AHU units, these cool the larger areas quick and effectively.
All the Mechanical is all controlled and monitored by a BMS system which is centrally located.
Over 1000Kw of cooling was used over the entire build.
